Refund policy

All sales are final.

  1. Exceptions: Orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for refund or replacement.
  2. Lost Packages: SanDots is not responsible for packages lost by postal carriers. If tracked shipping was chosen, we will help check with the courier.
  3. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
