Where should I send my receipt?

(For Malaysian using DuitNow payment type only) You can send it directly to us via Instagram DM or email to customer@sandotsatelier.com.

How will I know the status of my order after payment?

Sign in to your account using the 'log in' feature found at the bottom left after selecting the triple lines at the top left.

How do I use if I have a discount code?

At checkout, type in your discount code and it will apply automatically. If you keep shopping, your code will stay saved for you until you’re ready to complete your order.

What should I do if I accidentally paid twice?

Don’t worry! Just contact us with your payment receipt and the reference number. After we confirm the duplicate, we’ll refund you as store credit/gift card for your next purchase.

Do you ship internationally? How long will it take?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Malaysia (WM & EM): 2–7 working days
  • Singapore & Thailand: 3–5 working days
  • Other International: 10–20 working days

How do I check the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country and the total weight of your order.

Will I get a tracking number for my parcel?

Yes! Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll email you your tracking number. You may log in at any time to your account for checking as well.

Yes! For smaller orders, Shopee is a great choice because you can enjoy their free shipping vouchers. For bigger orders, we recommend shopping directly on our website.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, one-time changes are allowed if it’s the same price item or within the same collection.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only if payment hasn’t been made yet. After payment, we don’t offer refunds, but we can store your balance as a gift card for your next purchase.
